*FREE shipping on all orders above $80.00 shipped within the United States. Orders below $80.00 will be charged a flat fee of $6 for USPS priority mail. In the event that you decide to return your order for partial or full refund, and the gross sales becomes less than $80, then a $6 shipping fee will be applied towards your refund. If for some reason or another you decide to refuse the shipment from Ficcare.com, you will still be responsible in paying for the original shipping costs. You will also be responsible for paying the cost of shipping the merchandise back to Ficcare.com. This total combined amount will be deducted from your original order refund.
Once Ficcare passes on the merchandize to the chosen carrier, the customer is now the importer and she/he will be fully responsible for any additional charges such as import duties and taxes, customs clearance fees, etc. Customer will also be responsible in reporting cases of loss or damage of merchandize to the carrier and to Ficcare.com so the problem can be resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
At times, Ficcare may have to provide certain information about your orders to the carrier, and this information may be communicated by the carrier to your country’s customs authorities to ease customs clearance and to comply with local laws. If the order is a gift, the merchandize will be marked GIFT, and the cost of the goods will still be stated on the customs form; this information is required by customs authorities.
If for some reason or another you decide to refuse the shipment from Ficcare, you will still be responsible in paying for the original shipping costs plus any duties, taxes or customs charges that may be incurred with your order. You will also be responsible for paying the cost of shipping the merchandize back to Ficcare.com. This total combined amount will be deducted from your original order refund.
