Which size of Maximas or Ficcarissimo clip should I choose for my hair type?
We’ve created a table that best describes what clip size you should choose based not only on your hair texture, volume, and length combined, but also based on what hair style you are planning to do. We recommend to get at least 2 different sizes of clips if you are planning to do HALF UPDOs and FULL UPDOs; you will feel a definite difference on how well each clip size fits each hair style. In addition, this table is only a guideline and it does not guarantee that the clip size you pick will fit your hair styling since hair texture, hair volume and hair length varies for each person.

How is the pony diameter measured?
It is quite simple. Wrap your 2 fingers (thumb and index) in a circular manner all around your ponytail until you’ve grabbed all your hair (secure but not tight). Then measure the circle diameter formed by your 2 fingers once you’ve removed all the hair from inside your fingers. This dimension is called the pony diameter.
Which size of Innovation or Signature Clip should I choose for my hair type?

In addition to the video, each Maximas, Ficcarissimo, Innovation, and Signature clip will come with its HAIR STYLING INSTRUCTIONAL BOOKLET; you will find it very helpful as well.
CARE GUIDE FOR THE HAIR CLIPS
What is the best way to care for the Ficcare hair clips, especially the Enameled painted clips?
We highly recommend that you keep the Ficcare hair clip inside its original poly bag or store inside your own cloth pouch or box whenever not using the clip. This will prevent the metal surface from getting scratched or the enameled painting from getting chipped and/or scratched. In addition, be careful not to drop the clip on the floor or the counter as the impact may cause some scratching, chipping, and/or falling of crystals. Please note that you can always keep all of your Ficcare hair clips inside the free Gift Box we send you with every order.
How do I clean the hair clips from grease, hair spray, and other hair care products?
There are several ways to clean the hair clips; here is how:
- For most hair clips (without Swarovski crystals), use a mild all-purpose cleaner such as WINDEX, ALCOHOL, SURE CLEAN, and apply a small amount on a clean paper or fabric towel and wipe it gently until all residues are gone; repeat as necessary.
- If you own an enameled painted hair clip (without Swarovski crystals), you can also rinse the enameled surface under warm water and mild soap to remove any topical residues. Then dry it well before using it again.
- If you own a glittery hair clip with Swarovski crystals glued onto it, we recommend that you gently wipe the clip with a mild household all-purpose cleaner dabbed on a paper or fabric towel, but do not soak too much on top of the crystals as this may help loosen the crystals, and cause them to fall off. Also, do not wash the clip as it may have the same adverse effect.
- If you own a glittery hair clip with Swarovski crystals held by metal prongs, then you can either use an all purpose cleaner or warm water and soap to clean the clip and the crystals. Metal prongs usually hold the crystals well in place.
What should I do if any of the Swarovski crystals fall off from the hair clip?
Each clip that contains Swarovski crystals GLUED onto the clip will come with 2-4 extra crystals inside a small poly bag. This tiny poly bag will be attached to the clip when you receive it. Then save the extra crystals for future use in case they fall off. We recommend that you use a craft & fabric glue when attempting to glue these extra crystals. We can’t guarantee that 100% of the Swarovski crystals will stay glued over time, even using the best professional glue.
All hair clips that contain Swarovski crystals held by metal prongs will most likely not fall off unless it gets damaged by accident or negligence. These clips will not come with extra crystals.
If the headband feels LOOSE or TIGHT on my head, is there any way to adjust it so it feels more comfortable?
Our metal headbands already come sized to fit most hair/head. However, if they feel a little tight or loose, they can be easily adjusted, to a certain extent, to fit your head. All you have to do is:
- TO MAKE IT LOOSER: carefully pull the 2 ends of the headband slightly apart and try it on your head. Keep doing it until you find the most comfortable dimension.
- TO MAKE IT TIGHTER: carefully push the 2 ends of the headband slightly closer and try it on your head. Keep doing it until you find the most comfortable dimension
If you pull or push the headband too much or too strongly, you may run the risk of cracking the enameled painting or shifting the Swarovski crystal chain. So please do it carefully and slowly because it will work quite well.
Can I use the hair clips even if my hair is wet?
Yes, it will actually be easier to apply the clip when the hair is wet, especially if you have very large volume or very curly hair.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION
How will my order come packed?
Each HAIR CLIP is sealed inside a poly bag. Then we place the hair clip(s) inside a beautiful Gold or Silver Ficcare Gift box. This Gift Box will fit all the hair clip types except for the Headbands. It fits around 6-7 assorted hair clips per Gift Box. If you order more than 6-7 hair clips, we will provide additional Gift Boxes as needed. We highly recommend that you keep your hair clip inside the poly bag whenever not using it.
As for HIPBAGS, they will come fully stuffed, wrapped, and sealed inside polybags. There is no special gift box for HIPBAGS.
How soon will I receive my order?
After you place your order by 11:59pm PST USA, it will take 2-3 business days to process your order and we will ship immediately thereafter pending availability and credit card verification. A customer representative will contact you if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit card verification. Below you will find the breakdown for domestic and international shipping information.
What domestic shipping options are available and what are the costs?
You can choose from 3 domestic shipping methods from United Parcel Service (UPS): UPS Ground (2-5 business days), UPS Next Day Air, or UPS 2nd day Air. UPS does not deliver to APO/AFO or P.O. Boxes. Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sundays or Holidays.
Shipping cost depends on destination, invoice total, and weight of package. However, Ficcare.com is now offering FREE UPS Ground shipping on all orders above $80.00* shipped within the 48 contiguous states; for Hawaii & Alaska, we will have free USPS priority mail shipping. Orders below $80.00 will be charged a flat fee of $6 for ground service delivery or USPS priority mail. See table below for specific shipping cost per shipping method.

If for some reason or another you decide to refuse the shipment from Ficcare.com, you will still be responsible in paying for the original shipping costs. What international shipping options are available and what are the costs?
You can choose from 3 shipping methods and they are:
1) FEDEX International Priority: this is the fastest method and it usually gets the merchandise delivered within 2-3 business days after leaving Ficcare.com. FEDEX does not deliver to international APO/AFO or PO Boxes. Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sundays or Holidays
2) USPS (Postal Service) offers the 2 more economical solutions, that is, Global Express Mail (3-5 business days) or Air Parcel Post (4-10 business days).

** Please note that packages shipped via USPS Global Express Mail or USPS Air Parcel Post can only be insured up to $500 maximum. In case of loss or damage to the package, customer can only claim loss or damage up to $500 from USPS, even though the value of the package is for example $900. Once Ficcare passes on the merchandise to the chosen carrier, the customer is now the importer and she/he will be fully responsible for any additional charges such as import duties and taxes, customs clearance fees, etc. Customer will also be responsible in reporting cases of loss or damage of merchandise to the carrier and to Ficcare.com so the problem can be resolved effectively and in a timely manner.

Do you charge sales tax?

How can I modify or cancel an order after I paid?
If you decide that you want another style, size and color or just simply want to cancel your order after you’ve completed it online, you MUST contact our Customer Service Department immediately within 24 HOURS of placing the order, by calling 800-959-5556 or 626-839-1602 or emailing to INFO@FICCARE.COM. This is the only way to modify or cancel your order. If you should decide to return the order or refuse the order after it has been shipped, you will still be responsible for paying the shipping costs to and from your location. This total combined amount will be deducted from your original order refund.
How can I track my order?
First, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully transmitted. Then, you will receive another email showing that your order has been shipped out and it will include the tracking number for your package.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE GUIDELINE
What is the return and exchange policy?
We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know. You will have 30 days from the order receipt date to return or exchange merchandise that has not been worn or damaged, and in its original packaging and box. You will be responsible in paying for the shipping cost of sending the returned or exchanged merchandise back to us. If the merchandize is an exchange, there will be another additional charge for shipping the product back to you.
How do I make an exchange?
To order your exchange product, either specify the items (include style number, color, and size) on your return package (fill in the RETURN form) or call customer service toll free at 1.800.959.5556 or 626-839-1602, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm PST, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Upon receiving your returned package, your exchange order, if in stock, will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. If we are out of stock on an item that you ordered, we will notify you within 2 days of receipt of package.
How do I make a return for refund?
To make a product return for refund, please specify the items (include style number, color, and size) on your RETURN form and send it together with the unused and not damaged merchandise in its original packaging and box. Upon receiving your returned package, we will issue the refund accordingly.

Please enclose the completed RETURN FORM together with the merchandise in the original packaging and box. Then send the package to us via Insured Services. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at our corporate office, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment. Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
What if a product color or size is not what I expected or wanted?
You can return any item if you are not completely satisfied, as long as you return within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, unused and not damaged. Although we have tried to accurately display and represent the colors and sizes of our products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, and may not be completely accurate, and the sizes will depend on your final hair style, texture, volume, and length.

If you are having this issue, you are most likely setting up your DISPLAY MONITOR at a lower resolution (like 800X600). So in order to fix this, just follow these simple steps:
Microsoft operating system:
- Go to START; then click on CONTROL PANEL
- Look for the DISPLAY icon and click it once
- Go to SETTINGS and look for SCREEN RESOLUTION
- Scroll it so that it is at least 1024X768; then click APPLY and OK.
- Your screen should resize automatically so now you can view our entire webpage inside your monitor
